I have spent 30 hours either on the phone or in retail stores (3) trying to get the phones to work. Both the phones that I bought from Verizon on Jan 7, are non functional. I spent $1800 on 1/7/2022 I begged them to cancel the sale and just give me my money back. Both these phones and numbers have been my business numbers for over 10 years. I cannot receive voicemail and they can't fix it. I am at my wit's end. I don't know what to do. I can't even sell the phones because they have them locked for 90 days.

I tried to return one of the phones 10 days after I bought it because my spouse, I bought it for, died on January 15! They wouldn't acknowledge me. I have never experienced such rude and unhelpful behavior by any company in all my years, and I am old! (78)
