Trying our new Apple Lamb Sausage 🍏 We sell it in links as you can see in the picture but these can easily be used in bulk. I found this recipe online and I followed kinda 😄 Also when I cook I don't always measure but this was how I cooked it up. Cut onions how you like, saute them in butter and olive oil. Browed the onions and cooked the pasta any type would work I did bow ties 🍝 Once onions are cooked added the lamb. Cooked that all up, break it up as you cook. It should take about 10 - 15 then put meat to the side. Add the heavy cream slowly and add cheese, whisk as you add these in. I used a whole small box of cream, then mixed the meat then added the cooked pasta. It was a hit we all enjoy it.. it also called for parsley which I forgot oops. We sell this apple lamb sausage and regular ground lamb for $5 per pound
