Currently owned by Caltrans and unavailable for public use for over 50 years, the property may become available for sale in the near future. Our community has a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to acquire the land and create a vibrant urban greenway for residents and visitors to enjoy now and for years to come. This effort will require an active partnership of individuals, community groups, non-profit organizations, the business community, and local, regional, and state agencies.

What a sweet Mother's Day surprise on the Southeast Greenway... this mama deer gave birth to 3 babies early this morning. Daniella Stanghellini who lives adjacent to the Greenway captured this photo and said she's seen the females give birth in this same spot before!

The rain has subsided and it's time to get out and enjoy one of the many beautiful parks in Sonoma County. The Southeast Greenway property begins near Montgomery High School and ends at Spring Lake Regional Park... a resource we can all enjoy year round!
