💔 The Goguette Family is heartbroken by the passing of Giampaolo from Riviera Ristorante.

From the very beginning of our journey over 10 years ago, he welcomed us with kindness, warmth, and generosity. His gentle spirit and genuine care for others left a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know him.

Some people come into your life and become so much more than friends—they become family.

Tonight, and for many nights to come, we will raise a glass in his honor and celebrate the beautiful legacy he leaves behind.

May his memory be a blessing. ❤️

Yes… even our brioches are also 100% levain

48+ hours of slow fermentation = deeper flavor, better texture, and easier digestion, as wel; lower glycemic impact. The Maillard reaction does its magic in the oven—breaking down amino acids, reducing sugars present in flour, creating that rich, golden crust we love ✨

At Goguette, we lean into the details: temperature, hydration, pH… all measured with care to craft baked goods that taste incredible and feel good.
