Kristel’s journey began in 2005 when a yoga and pilates class sparked a lifelong love of movement. Within a year she was teaching, and went on to share that passion with students for 7 years.
Born and raised in the Philippines, Kristel moved to Sonoma County in 2018, embracing motherhood, community, and a renewed call back to the mat. Kristel teaches all-levels classes weaving grace, flow, strength, and flexibility into every practice - meeting every student exactly where they are.
