For someone strong in the restaurant industry with years of experience who knows about food and wine ideally and has experience in the office. The job would entail answering emails making sure things are packed for events properly and managing a team of servers as well as engaging with the chef to create menus for our wedding and special events clients from in-home fine dining chef dinners to a myriad of types of events. We also run kitchen where we rent out space occasionally and arco packing for a CBD gummy company. Working out of logistics solving problems and working side-by-side with the chef to create seamless beautiful food and events are the basics of the job.
