We currently offer classes for toddlers(2-3 years old), children (4-9years old), and adults that benefit your:
Mind – Develop greater discipline, concentration, and mind-body connection
Body – Increase your flexibility, improve posture, add grace, and musicality
Soul- have fun! Children's dance classes and children/adult special workshops require advanced registration; Toddler and Adult fitness classes are available for drop in.
