Community & Self - We are “pack” animals. Even though we may want to believe we are solo creatures, we truly thrive when surrounded by our tribe. This tribe can be of any size, we get to decide! It may not necessarily have to do with blood or phenotype. It’s mainly about attraction of like frequencies - the vibration at which we resonate. Our vibe truly does attract our tribe.

Let’s get clear about what we are attracting!

The higher we resonate 👉the higher we operate 👉the higher caliber of humans we attract. Self recognization leads to self actualization. Unconditioning ourselves, shedding the skin of our previously engrained programming. Coming back to the light and the innocence of who we inherently are. Cultivating the playful, joyous, creative beings within.

We ALL have both dark and light within us. This will not change. However, we get to choose which side/animal to feed. All the while recognizing all of our moving parts, accepting them, and choosing to rise up. Feeding the light 💡 Surrounding ourselves with humans who see our darkness, mirror it to us, embrace it, and hold steadily for us as we walk through it.

These humans, these are our tribe. Those who are unafraid to speak truths even when we are at our lowest. The ones who recognize our greatness when we cannot see it ourselves. Who celebrate our victories with us as if it was their own win. Those who stand beside us and walk with us, just as we too would walk with beside them.
