We are so excited to welcome Steven Ratley to the AXIA team!

Steven Ratley is a licensed architect in California and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virgina Tech). Professionally, he is passionate about delivering custom, high-quality design solutions that are specifically tailored to the project at hand. Steven has worked on a wide range of scales and building types including single-family residences, multifamily apartments, luxury condominiums and office spaces. When he is not at his desk he enjoys mountain biking, golfing, disc golfing and adventuring with his wife and two twin boys. In a past life he was a collegiate Division-I wrestler and resident athlete at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado. Steven is a welcome addition here at AXIA and we are very excited to have him join the team!

LEAH PETTIS PROMOTED TO PROJECT MANAGER

AXIA is excited to announce that Leah Pettis has been promoted to Project Manager. Leah joined AXIA after her career in film, theater, and set design in 2016 and has quickly become a valuable member of the team. She has a strong sense of thoughtful design, graphics, color and has collaborated on many project types during her years here at AXIA. Leah played an integral role in design and color selection within AXIA’s own rebranding process and the design and materials selection of our new office location. We are very excited to have her as part of the AXIA family and look forward to watching her continue to grow and succeed in her Architectural career.

Roseland Accelerated Middle School (RAMS) and AXIA are completing the final phase of their home in Santa Rosa. To be completed before school starts this August, a Multi Use / Gym, Serving Kitchen, storage area, and outdoor Lunch Shelter are nearing completion.
