As a Doula I hope to be able to empower couples that enter into a new journey with tools that will give them the birth experience that they desire. Not only will I focus on the needs of the mother but I hope that the father feels fully equipped to help his partner and child into the world. After your baby is born I will help with any questions or needs that you may have to get you settled and ready for the joys that are ahead,
On my list of things that you absolutely need to bring to the hospital are my own robe, my own hygiene products, something to wrap my hair with, and my own pillow. Oh yeah, an outfit for baby. You literally don’t need anything else. They have literally everything you need.
