They let the house guide the renovation and that house once belonged to Helen Rudee “We really wanted to let the house speak to us,” Terry said. “We couldn’t help but be transported to the past. We sat in the living room and looked at the fireplace with this fantastic old copper hood and it was like, ‘We gotta preserve this.’ That was our guide.”
