To practice Chandra Nadi Pranayama:
Gently engage Mula and Uddyiana Bandhas. Use Vishnu mudra to close the right nostril with the right thumb.
Inhale through the left nostril;
pause naturally with the left nostril open and the right nostril closed.
Exhale through the left nostril;
pause naturally and continue inhaling through the left nostril and exhaling through the left nostril.

• Supports the reproductive and urinary systems.
• Cultivates lunar qualities including receptivity, self-nurturance and intuition.
