At today's Community Meeting, Chris Fitzsimmons '09 spoke with our students about his career in film production. We learned about a few of the challenges of producing the Disney+ feature film "Noel," including scouting locations, using synthetic ice, and working with live caribou (apparently, they can be real divas!) Chris's visit is part of our new Alumni Speaker series, in which Sonoma Academy graduates working in many different fields come to talk with our community about their varied career paths.
