PE Xpress 101

Hello Facebook! I’m going to start at least a weekly check in! As soon as I put the word out we were up and running and I have been booked. I think the CNN article probably had something to do with it. I have had many parents reaching out to me with concern about their children’s mental health in addition to lack of activity. My fitness sessions with kids have increasingly become more like counseling sessions. I try to create a space where the kids feel open to talk about how they’re feeling about everything right now. And they are talking!  if you ask me, nothing is more important than supporting this generation of kids through this time of challenge. We talk, we laugh, we cry we play games & my hope is that each child that comes to a session, leaves feeling just a little bit better 😊😊 If you or someone you know has a child that could use some fitness & extra support I can modify their session to support their specific needs. 😊🏃🏽‍♂️👍🏼

So we received a little phone call today. CNN is doing a piece on PE during Covid & they are featuring US!!! 😊🙏 It’s probably a good time to book your slots in case this little thing blows up 💣 !

New program launching August 2020!
PE Express 101 is a mobile physical education and fitness wagon. Basically a vehicle full of fun fitness and game equipment that will be traveling around your neighborhood to get your kids out and about having fun and exercising.
We will come to a park near you or even your own backyard. Social distancing will be practiced and all equipment will be sanitized before and after use. Sessions will be customized to suit your child’s needs and age level. From kicking a ball around & jumping rope to fitness circuits and hikes or sports specific training .... you tell us what you want! Individual sessions or groups up to 4.
