Adho Mukha Svanasana or downward facing dog is a structured pose that helps to lengthen and create space in the back chain of the body. This pose helps to strengthen the whole body – upper body, arms, shoulders, core and legs. 

A pose that directs you to focus on the breath, the most important part of the pose, the part the guides us as we move, our life force.
