I love my work. No, really I do!! I wouldn’t have spent the last 20+ years, listening to people‘s most horrifying traumas if I didn’t love my work. Helping to relieve people of their darkest thoughts and heaviest emotional pain really is what gives me the greatest joy. ❤️

We spend a lot of energy escaping, suppressing, avoiding, or misdirecting anger.
“I’m irritated.” “I’m annoyed.” “I’m frustrated.” “I’m resentful.”
Different words. Same root emotion.
The healing shift: embodied anger
This is why somatic work matters.
Emotions don’t live in the mind. They live in the body.
The mind interprets, but the body feels. And the body stores unexpressed emotions.
And when you try to “figure out” emotions, you often shut them down more.
When anger is welcomed into the heart and grounded in the body, it stops being a threat.
It becomes what it always was meant to be:
your protector
your clarity
your boundary
your strength coming back online
It's not about doing it perfectly. It's about practice and self acceptance.
Take your time and be compassionate with yourself!

When grief is allowed to be felt deeply -- in the body, not just the mind -- something begins to shift.
Much like trauma healing, perspective changes after feeling, not before it.
As the emotions of grief move, clarity follows.
You begin to see the whole picture.
Yes, there was love.
Yes, there was connection.
And also — there was harm.
There was limitation.
There was a cost to staying.
You’re not just letting go of a person.
You’re letting go of --
a painful dynamic
a relationship that required self-betrayal
a situation that quietly diminished you
a version of love that came with confusion or abandonment --
your addiction to intermittent cycles of pain and occasional connection...
And that changes everything.
This is especially important in relationships where gaslighting was present.
When your reality was questioned.
Your feelings minimized.
Your instincts overridden.
Processing grief honestly can restore something essential:
Trust in your own perception.
You begin to see not only what you lost…
but also what you escaped.
Grief and Loyalty Grief, Loyalty, and the Fear of Letting GoThere’s a form of grief that doesn’t get talked about very often. It’s the grief we hold onto out of loyalty. Not jus...
