Let’s talk tomatoes shall we?
Grandma Oliver’s Green Heirloom
And
Green Giant Heirloom
Green tomato’s are a freaking delight, especially in a multi colored tomato caprese, with genovese and purple basil…. Forget. About. It.
People often tell me they don’t know when they are ripe. But it’s really not that hard to determine.
A lot of it is touch, and feel, and colors of the shoulders. The flavors are complex, sweet, tangy, and sometimes melon-ish.
These organic seeds germinated SO WELL at 95%
There are dozens available
Don’t be shy! Give a green tomato a try!
