Its syllabus week, time to meet the Spring 2024 class:

🍾2023 Swim Good Pet Nat🍾
A playful, bubbly number made from Albariño that leads with lots of citrus and stone fruit, but finishes with a snap of acid and cascading minerality. No doubt our best bubbles yet.

🍑2023 Block Party🍑
Back for more after their 15 minutes of fame last year (we sold out too fast), the 2023 rendition carries all the guilty pleasures of the 2022 🍑🍊🍍💐🍒with even more polish and precision.
50% Pinot Gris, 30% Riesling, 20% Gewurztraminer
