3 things have changed my life in 2022..
- Small businesses take time. There is plenty of time to get my business organized and recognize. After my sciatica flare up this year and a wedding to plan I was nervous to come back to massage. What if I’m not good enough or I lost my touch? That quickly went away when I got overwhelming support for my comeback. Things take time and my clients understood where I was coming from. Thank you all for supporting my small business and helping me continue to grow.
- My wedding was the best. The love that went around that day was illustrious. There was so much time, thought, energy, and plenty of stress that I wasn’t sure I was going to fully enjoy my day without worrying about the small details..Looking back at my photos I was the happiest I hadn’t seen myself in while.
- I’ve noticed for myself that it’s good to be uncomfortable in order to grow and to be comfortable in any situations. This year I’ve had a lot of challenges and opportunities to grow in. I couldn’t accomplish them all yet that’s a part of growing isn’t it? Take my time and to get to know myself in a deeper level is my goal moving forward.
