Crispy Banana Rice Paper Spirals
A fun little sweet treat made with just a few real ingredients 🤍
Ingredients:
• 6–8 rice paper wrappers
• 2 ripe bananas
• 2-3 tbsp melted coconut oil
• 2–3 tbsp maple syrup
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• pinch of salt
Optional:
• melted dark chocolate
• flaky salt
Preheat oven to 375° or air fryer to 350°.
Mix together oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt.
Quickly dip rice paper in water until flexible. Lay flat and brush with the cinnamon mixture.
Add banana slices or lightly mashed banana.
Roll into a log, coil into a spiral, and brush outside with more butter mixture.
Bake until golden and crispy:
• Oven: 20–25 min
• Air fryer: 8–12 min
You want the bottoms slightly crispy too, so don’t pull them too early 👏
The single wrapper version turned out the crispiest, but the double wrapper spirals were definitely prettier ✨
Let cool a few minutes so they crisp up even more 🤍

Easy clean mango sticky rice made with simple ingredients 🤍
Ingredients:
• 1 cup jasmine rice
• 1¼ cups water
• 1½ cups full-fat coconut milk
• 1½–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
• pinch of salt
• 1–1½ cups fresh or frozen mango, thawed
Cook rice with water.
Warm coconut milk, maple syrup, and salt in a saucepan until heated through.
Stir most into the rice and let sit covered 10 minutes.
Top with mango and drizzle remaining coconut sauce over top 🥭🥥

🥜🍫 These taste like chocolate peanut butter cheesecake 👀
This is a peanut butter twist on my chocolate yogurt bars that so many of you loved 🤍
Creamy, fudgy, and SO easy to make 🤍
• ½ cup dark chocolate chips (I use HU brand)
• ¼ cup natural peanut butter
• ½ cup plain full fat greek yogurt
• 1–2 tsp maple syrup
• optional: 1 tsp coconut oil
Melt chocolate and peanut butter together and let cool slightly. Stir in yogurt and maple syrup until smooth.
Spread into a lined dish and drizzle extra peanut butter on top if desired. Freeze until firm and store in fridge for best texture.
