The June 2026 30A Real Estate Market Report is out, and this one gives a full-year look at where the market has been and where it may be heading.

We’ve been tracking 30A East and West every Friday morning for the past year, and the June numbers show a market that is leaner and more active than it was a year ago. Inventory is down about 23% year over year, while the pending rate has strengthened and held near the 18% range heading into peak summer season.

This is not a frenzied market, but it is a stronger one than many people realize. Buyers still have options, but well-priced properties are getting attention. Sellers still need to be realistic, but current conditions are as encouraging as we’ve seen in the past year.
