Introducing the Next Generation of Architecture: Vassilios Georgakopoulos

I’m proud to introduce my nephew, Vassilios Georgakopoulos—an emerging architect whose passion and vision are already making waves. I had the honor of serving as his secondary advisor during his thesis at the University of Miami School of Architecture, where he developed a stunning project rooted right here in Blue Mountain Beach.

I like to call it a museum, though it will serve as much more—our future office and a visiting residence, designed to let guests experience the walkable art of architecture. This project is more than just a building; it’s a statement of intent, a space where architecture, landscape, and life will converge.

We’re excited to continue refining this vision together, with plans to begin construction in 2027. The future of architecture is in good hands.
