The home is light and bright inside, designed to welcome the beauty of the Gulf of Mexico right into your living space! You'll love the open plan kitchen-living-dining area, which features a wall of windows embracing the beaches and Gulf. Light and bright interiors are tastefully decorated with vivid colors and elegant design pieces. The dining area features a solid wood table for family gatherings, and the adjacent kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and everything you could want or need to prepare a gourmet meal! This newly constructed vacation home stands tall on one of the best spots along 30A, with the beach access being an easy stroll, directly across the street. Accessibility is stress-free, with ample parking and several of the bedrooms situated on the ground level. The pool and spa are easily accessed through the pool gate at the front of the home. 30A Morning Surf also features an entrance at the rear of the home, with a porch for storing beach gear! With bedding provided for up to 16 guests, every room at 30A Morning Surf is well appointed with coastal contemporary design accents throughout. Each bedroom features a private bathroom with individualized design accents and tile work. The master suite is located on the third floor and is simply amazing, featuring a king size bed, expansive gulf views, private balcony, fireplace, and a private bathroom so large it is a suite in and of itself! In addition to the wonderful location, views and natural beauty of 30A Morning Surf, you'll also love the private pool and spa. The pool is large, featuring several several sparkling wall fountains, and a spa for relaxing and soaking. The beach access is directly in front of the home, just across Scenic 30A. The Dune Allen Beach area is one of the best on 30A. Only moderately developed, and a local "go-to" spot, the beaches are less crowded, and the pace of life is slower. In addition, you've still got multiple options for shopping and dining within a mile of the home - if you're feeling adventurous, you can even paddle to one of the restaurants directly from your private dock! Destin, Sandestin, Grayton Beach, WaterColor, Seaside, and the Silver Sands Premium Outlet Malls are all just a few minutes drive time away.

30A Morning Surf includes a beach set (two chairs and an umbrella), as well as four beach cruiser bikes with your reservation! More beach sets, bikes, boards, etc are available for rent upon request.
