Many thanks to Ann Simpson and Barb Kenney who marked the beginning of Spring with a day of cleaning and adding new plants at the Sundial Garden at Eden Gardens State Park. The garden survived the cold winter with few problems, Ann says. She invites all Seagrove Garden Club members to visit the garden in a few weeks to see how the new plants have filled in.

Smith, head floral designer at Artistic Designs Unlimited in Marianna, said he began to understand the power of flowers when he was just 12 years old, growing up in the Florida panhandle. Today, Smith teaches floral design and enjoys participating and judging professional floral competitions. Basically, Smith lives and breathes floral design and loves educating all who will listen, from beginners to seasoned experts.
