SEASIDE® Implements Parking Plan for 2023 With many years of parking and traffic studies and an entire season of hourly parking, we will continue our pay-by-the-hour parking structure for the 2023 season.

It’s incredibly bittersweet for us to share that Shorecrest South on 30a is officially closed for business. Yesterday, we completed the sale of our beloved place on Summer Place Lane.
We have enjoyed every minute of our time spent acquiring, decorating and making it our own, the time spent with loved ones there and hosting more sweet folks than we can count. We can’t keep from feeling a tad bit sad, but are also excited for our next venture so we can do it all over again! We would love to invite you to visit our other home, Eyes Above The Waves Condo, located just a few miles down 30a at Seagrove Beach. We can’t wait for the opportunity to host you there!!
