Assemblage art dollhouses by artist Gilena Simons will be exhibited at the Lancaster Museum of Art and History - MOAH from May 12 through July 15, 2018. The one-of-a-kind, handmade pieces to be displayed are from Simons’ “Treasured Again” series. There is an opening reception on Saturday, May 12, 4-6PM.

The showing of Gilena’s work is part of “The Forest for the Trees,” a group of exhibitions opening May 12 at MOAH also work by Constance Mallinson, Osceola Refetoff, Christopher Langley, Greg Rose, Sant Khalsa, Timothy Robert Smith, and Robert Dunahay. The Lancaster Museum of Art and History (www.lancastermoah.org) is located at 665 W Lancaster Blvd, Lancaster, CA 93534. It is dedicated to strengthening awareness, enhancing accessibility and igniting the appreciation of art, history and culture in the Antelope Valley through dynamic exhibitions, innovative educational programs, creative community engagement and a vibrant collection that celebrates the richness of the region.

After two successful years on Main Street in Santa Monica, TATABA is currently on hiatus. TATABA will re-open in 2019 at 2914 Main Street, Santa Monica, California, 90405. We’ll be in a beautifully restored historic building, and the space will be a combination gallery and highly-curated vintage store.
