When I arrived, he very nicely introduced me to Elena and said that she would take good care of me. And she did! She was lovely to work with, explained everything clearly. The whole process from the start to finishing the paperwork with Nick was enjoyable. The car was detailed and prepped. Elena made sure I was settled into the car and answered my last minute questions getting me on the road in my new ALFA Romeo.
