Thank you for donating $2 from every ticket sold to her Hollywood residency last week to support and inviting our students and staff to the show

This past Sunday we hosted the In The Band Summer Jam at .community , bringing student bands and their families together from all over Los Angeles to celebrate the power of collaboration, artistic expression, and community. In these extraordinarily challenging times for our beautiful city, this event felt even more special and impactful than usual. We are immensely grateful to our students and their families for showing up and valuing this vital work, and to Scribble for providing a safe space to make it happen.

To everyone who came out to the show, to our program partners, and everyone else who participated in or contributed to In The Band programming this year, we appreciate you so much. We are able to do the work we do because of you. Be safe out there, take care of one another, and keep making music!

Thrilled to announce that In The Band has received a Creative Youth Development grant from California Arts Council! This investment will support our mobile music program and make a difference in the lives of underserved youth in Los Angeles county. Thank you, CAC!
