Castor oil is an amazing healing oil which has been used for centuries, from the Ancient Egyptians and Greeks to modern day Naturopathic Medicine.
Castor oil comes from the castor bean, which is rich in ricinoleic acid. This fatty acid is known to fight inflammation and is great for so many uses.
As always, make sure you only use Organic Castor Oil that is Cold Pressed, Hexane Free and always in a dark glass bottle.

Our Plum Roots Castor Oil Packs are reusable and mess free. The old way of using castor oil packs was messy and time consuming. With our wrap, simply put 1-2 tsp. of castor oil in the center of the wrap and put anywhere you are experiencing inflammation or over the liver (located on the right side, underneath the rib cage) for a gentle liver detox. Also, great to use on your thyroid and for sore muscles and joints. We can't wait to hear your results!
