The Rent Control Law regulates residential rents, limits the grounds for eviction, preserves rental housing, encourages maintenance, and ensures rental property owners a fair return. Monday - Thursday, and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m on the Fridays City Hall is open. Our in-person counter hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 p.m. We close for lunch from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. City Hall is closed on alternate Fridays. You may also email us at [email protected].
