Rock Front Ranch

It’s a perfect day for our Cowboy Candy Recipe! 🤠🍭
A genuine Rock Front Ranch staple you can enjoy as a naturally sweet snack.

Instructions:
2 cups sliced Jalapeño 🌶️
1TBSP Olive oil 💧
1 TBSP Salt 🧂
3/4 cup Water 💦
1/2 Cup RFR Sage Honey to taste 🍯

Add oil and Jalapeños to a small pot and fry on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Once they brown and form a fond on the bottom of the pot, add water and salt. Increase heat slightly and simmer 5-10 minutes until they soften and loose their bright green color.

Lower heat to lowest setting, stir in honey. Cook for another 5 -10 minutes, stirring frequently so the honey doesn’t burn. They are done once slow, thick bubbles form and the jalapeños take on a “wilted” look.

Serve on fish, cheese, steaks or drizzle hot honey into soups!
