Training fast has very little to do with the exercise itself.
Movements help direct the stimulus, but the stimulus comes from your intent.
Move the weight with speed.
Move the weight with violence.
Move the weight with purpose.
That’s power.
And power is a quality that transfers directly to sport.
So rest enough between sets.
Manage your volume.
Focus on quality reps.
Chase PRs.
Because when strength and speed meet, athletes become dangerous.
