What does belonging look like in practice? This past weekend, it looked like Pride on the Plaza.
We're grateful to everyone who joined the Envision Fund in celebrating Pride this year. Since 1997, Envision has invested more than $1 million in efforts ranging from HIV prevention and marriage equality to school-based programs that foster safety, inclusion, and belonging for LGBTQ+ New Mexicans. That work continues because of the steady leadership of Envision's advisory committee and because of a community that keeps showing up for one another. Thank you for being part of it.

Most nonprofit leaders didn't set out to become HR experts, but managing people is an important part of the job.
Our Learning Hub's new HR Essentials series, led by Linda Strauss, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is designed to help nonprofit leaders build confidence in the areas that matter most.
Join us on July 14 for the first session, Employment Law Essentials for Nonprofits. We'll cover paid sick leave requirements under the Healthy Workplaces Act, employee and contractor classification, exempt and non-exempt distinctions, and when accommodations may be legally required.
This is the first of four sessions running from July through October. Attend one session or join the full series.
