It feels like a millennia since I’ve posted & it seems even more since I’ve performed. Truth is I wasn’t living up to my own standards and expectations. I wasn’t “Loving Myself”. In this journey of self discovery & improvement I’ve experienced an array of emotions and challenges. I think it’s safe to say that I’m in a good place. Mentally, physically, and spiritually. I think I’m well equipped for anything and everything. I’ve been choosing to face the things that are hard. I learned that facing hard things is inevitable, but choosing which hard you wanna face is everything. Working out and taking care of the things I have to do is hard, but so was weighing 348lbs. There’s a lot of things we don’t wanna do, but most of the time (depending on the situation) we have to do them for improving. I’m heading in the right direction. I’ve missed the music. I missed you all. I genuinely appreciate you for all the support over the years, even when I went quiet. You’re gems. ❤️
