Front Yard Flagstone Patio/Walkway

Our client was having trouble with water sloping toward their home. Over time, it was compromising the foundation of their home! We came up with a solution, and also made it esthetic pleasing.

We built a steel reinforced retaining wall next to their deck supports to save the integrity of their deck. Every water canal has a drain now, and all the water is utilized inside of the yards planter beds. We added a platform with artificial turf to allow our client to walk around with ease. Our layout of the stairways gave a symetrical sense of flow, along with a fountain feature to immulate a calm flow of water. Plants and trees were meticulously placed by our designer to enhance the natural beauty. Irrigation systems in place and ready for the fall!!

Before

Our client had a nice size yard but wasn't able to enjoy it. Erosion was undermining their deck supports, their walls were about to collapse, water would come from every angle and destroy anything they set up. Every step they took was so sloped you could twist an ankle just walking from one end to the next. We had a plan! See next post😁
