Guided thru meditation, visualization, energy work, and when prompted you can share what you're experiencing if you like (okay if you prefer not to), and also standing/walking for a bit in some experiential practicing of grounding to the earth, and sensing the aura, etc.

We offer water, juice, and herbal teas.
