Today, I had a client who was disgruntled by insurance/medicare. She had nothing but sharp negative responses for every thing I said. She somehow thought it was ok to be in a “mood” and take it out on another person.
Then has the audacity to give me a “word of advice” and tell me not to take someone’s mood personally and that I never know what someone is going through. How can you not take it personal? I have no control of your past. I was trying to gather information to serve you for your future. But you were harsh, closed off and definitely didn’t want to be at this appointment.

Here at Agape we have gone through trying emotional times! But that doesn’t give me the right to take it out on you! Just as you do not have permission to take it out on the person who is trying to help you. I will not tolerate this type of behavior. Sometimes it’s just not a good fit. And instead of taking the abuse it’s better to nip it in the bud from the beginning.
