• Prepare contractual agreements using current research methods and a knowledge of a client's needs and ability to fulfill its requirements
• Ensure that the terms of contractual agreements written in language that is legally binding and in accordance with the desires of the client
• Assist clients to fulfill the terms of or to terminate contracts on mutually amicable terms
• Review contract terms and conditions to verify that they are in compliance with company policies and all applicable federal and state regulations
• Clearly explain contract terminology to clients and other interested parties in simple, everyday language
• Proofread, edit, and fact-check legal documents for accuracy and consistency
• Organize the required internal legal compliance documents according to the company’s internal development

Supervise accounting departments, prepare reports for company leads, and develop standards and processes for proper financial management.
Job Responsibilities:
• Plan, implement and supervise the company’s financial strategy
• Manage the company’s financial accounts, payrolls, budget, cash receipts and financial assets
• Handle the company’s transactions and debts and od cash flow forecasting
• Perform the company’s financial audits
• Follow proper accounting procedures to reach financial objectives
• Monitor and analyze financial accounting data
• Create financial reports based on data analysis
• Examines and evaluates internal methods and procedures for adequacy of controls
• Responsible for systems integration with warehouse operation

Under the general supervision of the HR Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator assists with a variety of clerical, administrative and internal customer service responsibilities related to Human Resources including coordinating new hire orientations, talent acquisition and recruiting, employee relations, employer branding, benefits administration and other duties as assigned with minimum supervision. The HR Coordinator must take initiative in performing essential duties. The HR Coordinator must be a professional, highly motivated individual with exceptional writing, communication and organizational skills; must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision. Strong computer (Microsoft Office) and time-management skills required.
Job Qualifications:
• BA degree required.
• 2-3 years experience in an office environment required.
• Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills.
• Interpersonal skills necessary to provide exceptional customer service to all staff, management, job applicants, and members of the community. Ability to maintain positive outlook.
