Today, he enjoys connecting with members, building relationships with coworkers, and being part of a team that values his contributions.
Javier’s story is a great example of how employment opportunities can help individuals grow their confidence, develop new skills, and thrive in their communities.

We are proud to recognize Walter for his contributions to IRI. He has supported a diverse group of persons served and consistently shows a strong ability to adapt his approach to meet each individual’s unique needs through person-centered practices.
Walter has played a key role in helping persons served secure volunteer opportunities and employment, as well as in developing meaningful PIPs. He brings creativity and thoughtfulness to his work, always finding new and effective ways to provide support. Persons served frequently share how much they enjoy working with him and how valued they feel because of his dedication.
Thank you, Walter, for the positive impact you make every day at IRI!

Today, on Autism Acceptance Day, we take a moment to celebrate the amazing individuals on the autism spectrum who make our communities stronger, brighter, and more diverse.
At IRI, we’re proud to support and uplift the unique strengths, talents, and goals of the individuals we serve. For us, acceptance means creating spaces where everyone feels valued, included, and empowered to be themselves.
We’re grateful to be part of a community that continues to grow in understanding, kindness, and inclusion not just today, but every day.
