Sydney Malone (CV ‘26) was recognized as the April, 2026 Soroptimist Young Woman of Achievement! Congrats ! Among the accomplishments that led to Syd’s nomination was her organization of Music For Maui benefit concert, which gathered over 100 student musicians to raise more than $35,000 for Maui fire victims in 2023! Way to go Syd!

This week the Patrick and Mary Dirk Vocal Scholars, enjoyed their spring masterclass with as they are busy preparing for the annual thank you recital for Mr. and Mrs. Dirk. Today the newly-minted Beguwala Jazz Fellowship class shared their with with Dr. Moiz Beguwala as a thank you for the inaugural season of the Dr. Moiz and Shirin Beguwala Jazz Fellowship! Be sure to look out for limited tickets to their spring showcase on May 30 (Dr. Beguwalas birthday) at the Sanctuary Studios for the Arts and Humanities in Santa Ana!
