After several years, he left Wall Street to start his own investment advisory firm. He has since advised countless individuals and families on their financial planning needs. In addition to his work in finance, Reginald is also a successful real estate agent and entrepreneur. He has been involved in the real estate and mortgage industry for over 20 years, and he has helped hundreds of people buy and sell homes. He is also the founder of Million Dollar Listing California, a tech start-up company that works with some of the top Real Estate Brokers and Real Estate agents in California. In 2020, he founded Essential Workers Lives Matter Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that provides financial assistance and resources to essential workers who have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
