Here's a quick life effectiveness check:
Step 1: What is my desired outcome? (Life, relationships, etc.)
Step 2: What's my method for creating that outcome? (You have a method if you're not aware of it.)
Step 3: Is it working? (If it's not working, it's time to change.)
Real work. Real change.

Therapists are going after coaches.
It's because they are threatened by coaches, as they should be.
Coaches are actually helping people get results.
