Located about 10400 S and 1000 E. Everything is located close by. Restaurants, shopping, grocery store, movie theater, hospital, etc. You can get on the freeway within just a couple minutes. The room is unfurnished, but I can put a twin size bed in it if needed ($25/mo). You also get a personal cabinet space in the kitchen and uncovered unassigned off street parking. This is a single occupancy room only.
You should be able to clean up after yourself, have a job/some kind of hobby, and enjoy life. You have the option for a 1 year contract ($580) or month to month ($630) with 30 days notice for moving out. You must be willing to clean. You also have free access to the washer and dryer. Rent includes ALL utilities(wi/fi, heat, A/C, gas, electricity, sewer, garbage, etc). This is a safe, friendly neighborhood, great for walking and biking. Some progress on the West Valley duplex. The banister in the entry way was removed, the 60's accent wall with the boards was removed, skim coated and retextured before being repainted.
