Nutrition-
You choose the foods. I'm just telling you when to eat them and how much. Cardiovascular workouts-
What type, which machine, how long, how many times per week, what level, even describing how you should be feeling during the workout. Resistance Training-
Which muscles to hit that day, how many sets, how many reps, what methods we are using that week, how many times a week, and the duration of the workout. Water Intake-
How many ounces per day and when to drink larger or smaller amounts. Supplement Advice-
There are certain supplements you will be on for the rest of your life and other supplements that will help you reach your goals faster and more efficiently. I will never recommend anything that isn't natural. Stretching/Foam Rolling-
I will be showing you what stretches to hit daily to keep yourself limber as well as eliminating aches and pains. I will also show you foam rolling. Also known as SMR stretching. This is a game changer and will change your life as well as help correct any postural distortions you may have because without proper posture and alignment. Your body will not be able to perform at its optimal level which is crucial for any athlete. Professional Assistance-
This is where I come in with keeping you motivated and holding you accountable. I will take measure,nets weekly, making sure your body is responding the way we want it to according to the goals you and I set in the beginning. I will also be adjusting your guidelines that I customize for you, your body type, your goals, and your lifestyle to keep the results coming in. Your body is a creature of habit and does not like to work hard. That's where I come in and switch things up to shock your body and confuse it. In turn, keeping your body guessing keeps the results coming.
