Real estate is crazy right now and not slowing down. It’s a sellers market with little inventory, high demand, bidding wars, multiple offers and perhaps now increasing interest rates which will make it even harder for the average buyer. Many houses now are owned by head funds and big investors including many multi family complexes which are being built too . I’ll provide market updates for the Wild Wild West, I’m starting to look more in smaller towns with lots of nature but close enough to the cities.
