In light of yesterday’s unfortunate incident at UVU, we understand that many students, faculty, and staff may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or uncertain. Your mental well-being is essential, and we want to offer support during this challenging time.
Affinity Family Counseling is offering two free crisis mental health sessions for anyone who may be struggling. These sessions will be available starting today through Friday, September 19, 2025. Sessions are designed to provide immediate support, coping strategies, and resources to help you navigate through any distress or trauma.
