It’s curious - we humans spend a whole lotta time and 💰💰💰on improving the appearance of our physical body. A body that, no matter how sculpted or cellulite-ridden, will one day be dust.

Yet there is a part of each of us that is eternal. Your soul will live on, it survives this earthly experience, but often we don’t think about that until something bad happens or we get a scary diagnosis. 😱

Don’t get me wrong, I love me a good beauty treatment, but it’s helpful to bring at least a bit of balance to your life.

Go ahead and do the things that you WANT to do (and not the ones you feel shamed into), but also give your immortal soul a little love. Spend time in stillness, hang out in nature without taking a selfie. Meditate.

Give some attention and love to the ageless part of you.

The irony is, when you do that, you have a glow that money can’t buy. ✨
