At Bonner Homeless Transitions, we make sure that doesn’t happen.
Our transitional housing program provides safe, supportive homes where parents and children can stay together while they rebuild after crisis — whether from domestic violence, job loss, or financial hardship. Through case management, life-skills coaching, and community connections, families regain their footing and move toward lasting independence.
