In case you’ve been trying to reach California Lymphatic Massage via text, my phone was damaged last Monday. I’m currently not available via text/phone. It will be another few days before phone is repaired/replaced.

Lipedema is so misunderstood, and too many people are living with it without even knowing. 💛

With stage 1 Lipedema, it can feel like you have little peas or beads under your skin — those are called nodules. They can make your skin feel bumpy or grainy even if swelling isn’t super visible yet. Over time, these nodules can grow, and the heaviness, tenderness, and pain can get worse if it’s not managed early.

This isn’t “just weight gain.” It’s a chronic condition that affects fat tissue and the lymphatic system — and early awareness is everything. 🩵
