He was walking me around the house showing me all the things the inspectors were looking for and why they were important to us. During that process he was pulling up carpet and found water soaked wood underneath. He then got the inspector and showed what he had found. It was the result of a bigger problem. It probably would have been discovered by the inspector but it was so nice to see our realtor caring enough about us getting the right home to be getting dirty and discovering things and not just rushing us into a home and moving on to the next buyer or seller. There were other issues also with that home and we had to pull out of that purchase. He explained all our rights on doing that. It was hard to be so excited and then be let down by the seller and have to start looking for another home. Tony reassured us that it wasn't meant to be and we would find another. Which we did. We found a home that we are in love with. We have been here for 9 months and am very happy.
